Abstract
This article first spoke about the necessity of theoretical studies in the basics and process of hadith translation; A claim that can be confirmed considering the not very rich background in the field of hadith translation studies. Then he gave a definition of translation and presented six bases in the translation of hadith. These bases include: loyalty, simplicity, compliance with standard prose, explanation, disambiguation and conflict resolution. In each of these sections, we have also reported some translated hadith examples and documents.
